This delicious pink bourbon coffee is an exotic variety collected at approximately 1900 msl and prepared under the Honey method, with a 70-hour cherry fermentation and after being pulped for 70 hours. You will find fragrances with notes of ripe peaches and wild grapes, with an average acidity, pleasant sweetness with red fruits, creamy body and a soft and light residue.
